Returns & Exchanges:  We do not accept returns.  If there is any issue with your order, please reach out to us at riserestorerepeat@gmail.com.

Can I cancel my order:  All sales are fine, once its been complete we are unable to cancel it.

Special Requests:  We will do our best to accommodate any special requests.  Please limit these to 2-3 likes and dislikes as to make this as fun and fair as possible.

Order Processing Time:  We put a lot of care into your order and will process as quickly as possible.  Please allow 7-10 business days.  You will receive an email when your order ships.  I will update this timeframe if necessary.  All orders will ship USPS.

Custom Tumblers & Waterbottles:  Please leave notes on what you would like on your customized items.  I will reach out for any additional information as necessary.  I will also reach out with your design prior to completing the order.
